We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover credit cards. We do not accept Diners Club cards at this time.

Shipping

UPS picks up orders at our store several days each weekGenerally we ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), but increasingly we’re utilizing the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), particularly when shipping small, lightweight items. Priority Mail: packages weighing less than one pound can be sent coast-to-coast for about $5 through the USPS, even less for parcel post or 1st class. (Need to be precise? Check USPS.com for exact rates.)  Canadian customers: we will seek best available shipment method for price and dependability, which often is the postal service. UPS does apply a variety of fees (remote destination, fuel surcharge, residential delivery, dimensional weight, etc.) which we must pass on to customers. We try to be frugal by recycling packaging materials; we also realize sometimes speed is critical – in such cases we can ship your order overnight or 2nd day air using postal service, FedEx or UPS. In short, we’ll work hard to meet your needs and budget.

Returns

All merchandise purchased at J.J. Cardinal’s may be returned for any reason for exchange, credit or refund, within seven days of receipt of merchandise. This return guarantee excludes customized special orders (such as engraved mailboxes or garden statues) or goods which have been subjected to misuse and abuse upon our inspection. In the event customer wishes to return an item, we request written, advance notification (within 7 days of receiving merchandise). The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns, and will repackage the merchandise to prevent damage during reshipment. A credit will be processed once we have received the merchandise in good, unused condition. In the event your order is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately so we can process a claim with the delivery carrier. It’s wise to retain shipping cartons.

At J.J. Cardinal’s we strive to deliver the most pleasant shopping experience possible. The personal information we receive from you is never knowingly given, shared, traded or sold to any other party. It is used only to process your order.

Although our website contains links to other sites, we do not share any of your information with these sites. We do not make any endorsement of or warranty regarding linked sites or their content since they are not affiliated to J.J. Cardinal’s, nor can we be held responsible for the privacy policies or security procedures of other sites linked to or from J.J. Cardinal’s.

Store Hours

Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.- 5 p.m., Sunday noon-4 p.m. (Eastern).
We are closed Christmas Day, New Years day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. We are open for business most all other “holidays” such as Mothers Day & Fathers Day,  though hours of operation may be reduced (typically 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
